Cats on Tuesday #2
CATS ON TUESDAY
This is Clark, so named because years ago my Mother named an orange kitten Lewis because he was such an explorer (Lewis and Clark). Clark, despite early appearances, does not have the same adventurous spirit.
What we call him now is Clarkie or Fat Orange (he is fat – 23 pounds of fat and fuzz), and these names certainly seem more befitting of a cat who 30 minutes before any electrical storm passes our home, hunkers down in the most “secure” spot he can find and hides until long after the storm has gone.

We had a terrible storm a few weeks ago,
wind, hail and loud thunder, my 4 cats have
been skittish & jumpy ever since… I should
of been hiding too, plenty of old trees had fallen and were uprooted. It definitely was
a scary storm! Poor Clarkie…. I don’t
blame his hiding! Happy COT !
Hmmm.. I see that you had the same problem as me in keeping the kitties in. I think mine was the worst. He bit a hole through my steel mesh netting. Sweat~
