Can You Hear It?

It's rumored typically this sound can only be heard by people under 25; but I am 39 and I heard it loud and clear. And I would try it on other members of my household but it makes the dog growl at the computer, so I'll pass.
Update: My 6 year could hear it from across the room and covered her ears in discomfort after a few seconds. The dog thoroughly distracted by his chosen profession of herding cats, didn't even grumble.
