We have those cloudy skies again and we really don’t need them. It’s only been two weeks since the rain that flooded everything from here to Nashville. Of course, they aren’t predicting that kind of storm but you can’t help but be a little gun shy after you’ve spent time digging trenches and sand bagging. I suppose if I did a little more physical labor like that I would have to wonder if the top fat burners really work, or if that gym membership really would be useful.

We’ve had a lot of those stormy clouds here too.
Even if you’re not trying to burn fat, a bit of exercise is a good thing. Preferably without sand bags.
