Good Morning!
So it’s been forever since I blogged and the guilt has finally driven me nuts. I miss the friends I’ve made doing this and all the little peeks into everyone else’s lives. My life has sort of settle for the moment and things are basically looking up.
The weather has finally turned for the better here and we are enjoying days in the 80s and nights in the 50s & 60s. Some of our neighbors have even used their fireplaces already but it will have to get a lot cooler before I do that. As much as I love a good fire, I’m not quite ready to heat up the house yet. Maybe by November it will be cool enough to light a few.
These photos are from a fairly recent trip to the Mississippi. We took a walk down the boat ramp so that Miss Muffin could get a closer look at the water. She had a blast playing in the shallow water and trying to build a sand castle. She got a close up look at some jet skis and we met the cutest pair of little dogs. I’m off to work now, hope everyone has a great day.

We got cold enough to realize the pilot lite on the furnace was out and we couldn’t relight it. Got it all fixed, but now it’s so hot we’re missing our air conditioner.
