I’m feeling like it’s time for a change in my life, at least fitness wise that is. I’m stuck at a weight that I’m not really comfortable at, it’s not healthy either. I had looked into the Couch to 5k program last year after reading of several other bloggers success stories. It’s free, it’s healthy, you can do it at your own pace, sounds good to me. I just got discouraged by the weeks of 20-30 degree weather this past winter, and refused to even think about it when it was 100+ from June through the beginning of October.
I suppose another option is to try a diet aid or weight loss supplement, I’ve never been very good at following through with those though. I’ve read some interesting hydroxycut reviews, but even their ads recommend exercise.
Of course, I could always use the services of our companies lovely personal trainer, but she scares me just a little.
