Looking for a New Phone
So I’ve been using this pay as you go phone for the longest, mostly because its cheap, but I would really like to upgrade to a real cell plan and a smartphone. Of course, the plan needs to be affordable without a lot of hidden gotcha fees, so far my research into what’s available in the area isn’t promising. The other part of the equation is the phone. I’ve used and like a friend’s new iphone and since I use AT&T for other services there could be plan discounts. I’ve also heard some good things about Motorola and HTC; and we’ve always had good luck with our Samsung phones in the past. I think I need to find friends who use a variety of phones through a variety of carriers and ask them about their phones and plans, its too big an investment to jump into blindly.
