Little Changes

 

I’ve been trying to make little changes in my diet and exercise habits to improve my health. Some, like decreasing portions and giving up junk food, are a fairly easy. Others like getting an exercise regimen going and sticking with it are a bit tougher. I’ve written before about looking into fat burners and diet aids but the side affects always scare me. A friend just started using adapexin-p, I’m interested in hearing how it works for her.
