Ipods
I’ve been looking at ipods lately whenever I’m somewhere they are sold. I’m seriously considering getting at least a simple one as so many of the audiobooks I get are formatted for them. What kills me though is the number of Ipod accessories that are available. Between covers, chargers, docks, decals, and the like I think its possible to spend more on the extras than you would for the ipod.
Makes me think of when Miss Muffin got her DS from Santa. Seriously, we spent a fair amount on the assorted extra accessories for that baby and what we’ve invested in styluses alone over the last few years is astounding. Oh well, at least she’s taken decent care of it and still plays with it.

I inherited my son’s ipod when he got an ipod touch. I wouldn’t buy one for myself. I had a simple mp3 player that worked just fine. I bought my music from Amazon, and it was cheaper than itunes. But, the ipod holds more music. So, I use it. Apple products just don’t impress me much, though.
