Things To Consider
There are times when the most random of things distract me and send me off on a thought tangent that makes no sense to the rest of my day.
Take for instance the time I spent yesterday checking out Direct tv. I’m stuck with my current service for a while but I couldn’t resist researching their services, channel line ups, and fees after seeing an ad on someone’s blog. Would I consider getting Direct tv, sure, I have a few concerns with the possibility of weather related outages, we had those a lot in both Georgia & Tennessee when we had Dish and I wouldn’t want to go back to that. But the prices seem really competitive and they come highly recommended by many of our neighbors here.
My other big distraction the last few days has been home security systems. I’ve never been one for them actually, I’m too forgetful, but we’ve had a rash of door knockers lately and so I have to at least investigate the idea. Door knockers rarely get the time of day from me, they are intrusive, disruptive, and pushy; but a well designed ad or website like the one for home security nogales are sure to intrigue and entice me. I like the idea of having protection from the ever present threat of home invasions and burglaries, seriously I do, I just wonder how long it would be before I forgot to turn it off before taking the dog out for a potty break, or just stopped arming it all together.

We have Direct TV. We switched from Dish because Dish wanted too much $ for the number of receivers we needed. BUT, I want to switch back to Dish. The service was much more reliable. We’ve had lots of issues with Direct TV, not just weather. Satelites go out for no reason. We had Comcast for a while, but I think I prefer having a satelite.
