A Lazy Day
We are done school shopping for the most part, a quick trip to Dollar Tree finished off our list except for a good container to hold her art supplies in, preferably something easy to carry. Since that wouldn’t be tax free anyway there’s no rush to get it this weekend.
We moved in status from Waiting List to Pending. This is a good thing as it means they are actually processing us toward approval and not just sitting around waiting. Seriously, I think that when they started labeling accounts as waiting list the PALs felt there was no need to actually process them. If I hadn’t called over and over and over and blogged and tweeted and facebooked about the whole situation I wouldn’t have talked to a PAL or completed all the documenation. I’ll be staying on top of the whole situation come Monday pushing towards approval and receipt of our supplies.
Thing is none of what I’ve written about really took that much effort from me today, but that didn’t stop me from needing a huge nap after sleeping in this morning. It won’t be too long before I’ll be thinking about going back to bed either. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I have mixed emotions about tax free week-ends. It’s cool not to pay taxes, but oy, the lines and mob!
