Better Choices
I can remember seeing plus size clothing catalogs as a kid and thinking how awful they were. Page after page of shapeless garments in bad colors and patterns made from cheap fabrics with ridiculous prices. When plus size clothes appeared in malls and plazas the clothes were of better style and quality but they came in a limited size range and the prices were extremely high.
Now there is WomanWithin.com which offers a wide selection of plus size clothes in a wide array of styles at great prices. Looking around their site I saw trendy tops, jeans, cute summer fashions, as well as lingerie, swim wear, and sleepwear. Such a change from the dismal catalogs of the past.
The other big plus to Woman Within is their great size range which stretches from 12W to 44W. Gone is the need for women above the standard 1x/2x range of Wal-Mart to resort to mail order mumus and house dresses. Now they can find everything from formal wear to casual tanks and shorts on one great site.
I thinks it’s wonderful that women are now able to purchase such a great array of clothing from one place in the sizes and style they need. Isn’t that what every women wants whether she wears plus size clothes or size zero – great fashion at an affordable price.
Yup, it sure is, but Walmart’s sizes are a size smaller than at other places like Woman Within – like a 2X at Walmart is only a 1x at Woman Within. The only other choices years ago, was to make your own – I did a lot of that!
