Comfy Stuff
So the other day I blathered on about the dashing doctors in their sexy doctors scrubs and it got me to thinking about how much I love just hanging out and relaxing in mine. Seriously, I consider them the ultimate comfy, casual hang out wear in the spring and fall.
They are really soft after they’ve been washed a few times, they aren’t binding, they breathe, dry quickly, and resist staining. Most of them now a days even have pockets. I once had a neighbor who practically lived in scrubs he found them so comfortable. And none of those funky patterned ones either, just the traditionally colored and style scrubs like the ones at http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Men/.
Personally I don’t mind a few fun patterns and I love to mix and match the tops and bottoms. Not such a great idea when I was working for the veterinary clinic or as a dental assistant; but for home the more I can mix it up the happier I am.
All this writing about scrubs is making me wish I had a job where I could wear them or at least a break in the never ending summer of the mid south so I could justify putting on more than shorts and a tank top. Either way I’d be wearing my scrubs every day.
