Google Slide Failure
So Google paid an obscene sum (rumored 182 million plus bonuses) for Slide and all its social apps about a year ago, you’d think it was a relationship meant to last wouldn’t you. But Google has made the decision to ditch all the Slide apps. We’ve been big players of SuperPoke! Pets for years but have been increasingly aware of Slide’s inability to produce a quality, glitch free product or to maintain any level of customer assistance. Now it’s just a matter of time, some claim about 6 months and SPP will be no more. After months of frustration and disappointment I have to admit I’ll miss some of the community and the fun of seeing all the cute habitats but that’s about all. I’m just really glad I didn’t invest tons of real money in the whole mess they way some people did
