Where Will We End Up
So we got to talking today about moving. We’re not really quite ready for a long distance move; but the thought occurred to me that maybe it wouldn’t be crazy to search houses for rent in Calgary, or any where for that matter. While I wouldn’t relish the packing, changing home school curriculums, or all the upheaval that comes with moving I’m not particularly bonded to the mid-south.

There are tons of great things to do here, I’ve met a lot of really great people through our k12 group, and I finally really know my way around the metropolitan area; but floods, massive thunderstorms, and regular tornado appearances have a way of making you rethink your choice of residence.
I wonder what the home school regulations are like in Calgary? I know that they have real winters up there, although after two winters of freezing temperatures I’m not sure I’d mind and Miss Muffin would love the snow to play in. Living in another country could be fun. But the most important question I have right now is, do they have tornadoes in Calgary?
There is a lot to consider before we commit to any major moves but the seed has been planted and who knows when it will come to harvest, or where the winds will drop us.
