Maui Anyone?
I hit yet another rental tangent yesterday when a seemingly specific search landed me on a page full of Maui condos. While out of my current price range and representing moving expenses I shudder to think about it’s hard to deny the beauty of the location.
Regardless of the fact that there are no Maui condos in our near future I couldn’t stop myself from perusing the listings and daydreaming a little. It would be great to live somewhere warm with beautiful beaches and gorgeous views.
Not to be eclipsed by the beauty of nature the condos listed were full of high-end details like quality stainless appliances, pocket doors, stone and hardwood flooring, marble counter tops, and balconies with amazing ocean views. A few were even positioned to give perfect year round sunset views, can’t go wrong with that.
I finally forced myself away from my lap top and made myself to think about the work and finances involved in moving to even the most modest residence anywhere in Hawaii. Sometimes reality just bites. Today I’ll go back to searching for our next residence here in Memphis and try not to be distracted by anymore Maui condos.
