Get It Scheduled
My neighbor is a personal trainer and yoga instructor, and runs a small fitness business out of her home. Amazingly she does all her appointment settings by hand in an appointment book from requests sent to her by phone or email. Occasionally this leads to upset clients when several want appointments at the same time. Worse yet, clients don’t pay for their appointments until after the appointment and feel free to cancel whenever they want.
I keep thinking there has to be a better way, something that controls registration for appointments, avoids double bookings, frees you from your phone and email, and collects at the very least a deposit up front.
