Dreams of a Permanent Vacation
It strikes me as funny how one search always leads to another on the internet. The perfect example is how are recent searches for new residences locally has led to vacation rentals, tiny houses, and now travel sites. And let’s not even mention my new addiction, Pinterest.
Do you Pinterest? If you don’t and your always forgetting where you saw this or that on the internet check it out. You “pin” a photo and link from a website to the “board” of your choice so that you can remember all those great finds you run across on the world wide web.
So far I’ve primarily used it for some craft, homeschool, and recipes but after my recent finds on a few travel sites I’m going to have to start some travel boards. Maybe one for trips I’ll definitely take and one for those I’ll do if I win the lottery.
Heck if I win the lottery maybe I’ll turn our lives into a permanent vacation. We could buy an rv and drive around the U.S. and Canada. When we got bored with that we could use our laptops and netbooks to check out the travel sites and jet off to more distant destinations. All we need is that winning ticket.
Crazy but it’s true.. Sometimes we are wishing for something which we do know that it’s far from impossible to come true. We are so alike in this case. Me too, do some kind of Pinterest. Whenever I see interesting place, I automatically print the picture and put it in my album called “Places I want to visit”. I keep on telling to myself that if ever I’ll win in a lottery, I’ll gonna go to the places in my album and enjoy myself to the fullest.
