Hoops and Ears
Miss Muffin’s season ticket for TTU basketball, included an invitation to a meet-and-greet last Saturday.She really enjoyed meeting the players and the relaxed format. There was the usual music, refreshments and autograph signing that one would expect, but the players also took time to interact and play games with the kids. The player, who asked Muffin to play Tic-Tac-Toe, got a big surprise, as Muffin won twelve out of fourteen games. We had a couple hours to spare before the game, so went to the movies. Warm Bodies kept us laughing for most of the film.
When we returned home, I found that my cat had destroyed one of the earplugs for my headphones. I’m not sure what the attraction is, but this is not the first time. Since I usually listen to music, while studying, I’ve learned to keep spares on hand. Better the plugs than the wires, which she also loves.
