My outdoor picture taking this week was limited to our trip to the zoo, and then the requisite photos of a gorgeous sunset from the Walmart parking lot and our drive home. I’m desperately trying to fit in a trip to the river for some better shots of these sunsets we keep having, but so far it hasn’t happened.

The sky is the focal point in all the pictures. The plane is on approach in smooth skies for the passengers,the late day light is stronger than the street lights, and the tree is nicely accented by the sky. All lovely captures!

The blue sky looks ideal for the plane’s flight, not a cloud around.
I love the sunset captures. Very nice. I see you’ve got a lot of utility wires around too. It’s hard to look up without seeing them, isn’t it?

I tried so many times to captured the planes that pass by out house but could never get a good shot of it. It’s just too small and almost not showing on the picture. I should try harder…lol

I love that you took the sunset shots from the parking lot. Since the time change I have had a hard time getting any shots before it is dark. I bet you carry your camera around all the time?
