Heads *or* Tails – Heads – Proud
It’s slightly cheesy I know, but I am proud of finally finishing NaNoWriMo with over 60,000 words as of last night. I have started so many times and never gotten any closer than 30,000 words. Now if only I could have kept to one story line, instead I have two entirely separate stories with about 30,000 words each. I haven’t figured out if there’s a way to tie them together yet but I’m going to keep on trying.
I’m also proud of finishing a third month with a post every day. I’m bad with that for some reason so three months in a row is a big deal. I’m not holding my breath on success in December, there is just way too much going on; but my goal for January is to try not only posting every day; but posting at the same time every day, somebody remind me of that somewhere around the middle of January when I post at 11:46pm.

60,000 words??? Holy cow that’s impressive and not cheesy at all! How about a segue like “That’s not what I’m here to talk about. This is..”
I stole that from the 60’s song Alice’s Restaurant. Maybe it was the 70’s. I don’t remember. Off to Google I run to find out…

Woohoo, I was not able to do NaNoWriMo this year as I was hospitalized when it started out, but I won in 2007 & 2008 so I know how great that feels to see that word count get that high! Hope you can tie the 2 story lines together. I need to finish both of my novels, but I can honestly say one is trapped in an old computer right now.
It gets to be a habit. I’ve been posting at least once a day for a couple of years now. Not that I didn’t miss a day here and there, usually with many apologies to those who were expecting something.

I don’t know what that word thing is you are talking about but it sounds like it would be a huge accomplishment! I love your background very nice…one of these days I have to figure out how to change my background…cheers…thanks for visiting my blog
