Teaser Tuesdays #7

Since I’m not reading anything at this exact moment I thought I’d do a teaser from my most recently completed read Under the Dome by Stephen King. I’ve picked two sentences from different pages just for the fun of it.

My Teaser:

His first impulse was to cover the body parts, but there were too many. ~pg 14

The three children stood in the somehow depthless afternoon light, under a sky that now had a decided yellowish tinge, and looked at the dead bear at the foot of the telephone pole. ~pg 542

Eeesh! What a couple of lines. I’ve *never* read a Stephen King novel, because I’ve always thought I was too squeamish. I am pretty sure I’m still right about that. Great teaser!
